The Adult Center for Transition is a post-secondary program offered on both campuses for individuals of the neurodiverse communities that provides academic, vocational, and socialization, skills to be successful in the workplace. Students enrolled in either of the two-year programs work to achieve either a college pathway or a career pathway.
Program Offerings:
Fundamentals of College
Students will accomplish the following by participating in this program:
- One 3-credit college course subsidized by RCSJ
- Preparation for accessing college resources

Enrichment of college-level reading, writing and math skills
- Preparation for Accuplacer (college placement test)
- Social skills
- Employment preparedness
- All students are encouraged to participate in job fair opportunities
Career Readiness
Students will accomplish the following by participating in this program:
- A career pathway and a career-ready portfolio
